What's a mini bread?
Mom's mini breads are her version of the muffin. Everyone sells muffins but Mom was one of the first to offer mini breads. So, think of them as a muffin loaf if you must but order some for yourself and see how good breakfast can be.

How big are your products?
Since our products are homemade, their size varies from product to product and batch to batch, but, generally, our cookies are 1-1 ½ ounces and our mini breads and cinnamon rolls are 3 ounces.

Where is your storefront?
We know your mom doesn't live in a storefront and neither does ours. All our products are made in our fully inspected commercial kitchen, a seperate structure attached to our home. So, log onto www.MomsMunchies.com and choose your favorite munchies or give us a call at 888-424-1801.

How do I order your products?
Easy Steps to Ordering

1. The easiest way to order is to log onto www.MomsMunchies.com and select the items you want.
2. Choose the category your product is in (i.e. Cookies, Mini Breads, etc) and click on that icon.
3. Once the category opens, choose the product you want and it will bring you to the page where you choose the size, quantity, and other options.
4. Once you're done shopping, click on the check out link and you will be prompted to enter sender and recipient information as well as enter your message to your recipient which we will handwrite and include in the package.
5. Upon checkout, you can choose delivery if you're in the Merrimack, New Hampshire area or you can choose U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. The applicable fee for shipping will be calculated after you fill in the recipient's information.
6. If you don't have internet access, you can call us at (603) 424-1801 or 888-424-1801. If we're out making deliveries, just leave a message and we'll call you back.

How do I get my order?
Upon checkout, you can choose delivery if you're in the Merrimack, New Hampshire area or you can choose U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail. The applicable fee for shipping will be calculated after you fill in the recipient's information.

Do you ship your products?
Yes, all our products (except cakes and cupcakes) can be shipped within the continental U.S. We can also ship to APO and FPO boxes. Don't worry we've worked hard to ensure our shipping methods will get our munchies to your special person intact and fresh. We've successfully shipped from New Hampshire to California several times.

What shipping methods do you use?
All orders outside the greater Merrimack, New Hampshire area are shipped through the U.S. Postal System's Priority Mail service.

Can I pick up my order?
If you are in the Merrimack, NH area, you can make an appointment to pick up your order. Since we bake your order fresh for you and to be sure your care package is ready when you are, we do pick ups by appointment only. We also want to make sure we're not out making a delivery when you come by.

What are your business hours?
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are our primary baking days so we can get all of our orders shipped in time for the weekend. No one wants to leave their care package at the post office on Sunday. Thursday and Friday are used to conduct business and managment tasks primarily. We typically bake in the morning and do deliveries in the afternoon, but we would be happy to discuss alternate times for appointments.

How long will it take to get my order?
Depending on the order and what's already on the cooking schedule, most orders placed by 7:00 am can be cooked the same day. Larger orders or the Little Taste of Everything care package take 1 to 2 days. Orders shipped priority mail take an additional 1-2 days depending on how far away from New Hampshire you live.

How do I use my Gift Certificate?
Upon checkout you will be asked to enter your gift certificate number. This will be displayed in a xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx format. If you don't have a gift certificate in this format, simply start at the beginning and enter the numbers in the format above. For example, if your gift certificate is A1234567890, you would enter A123-4567-890 and leave the remaining spaces empty. The program will know how much your gift certificate is worth and will deduct it from your total product cost. If you have used a portion of your gift certificate before, the program will enter the amount remaining up to the price of your products. Gift Certificates cannot be applied to shipping or delivery charges.
